8. Revisions

Reasonable revisions resulting from our own estimating errors will be corrected without additional charge. Additional revisions arising from:

may incur additional fees.

9. Intellectual Property

All estimating reports, calculations, spreadsheets, quantity takeoffs, templates, methodologies, and related materials produced by TS Pro Estimating remain the intellectual property of TS Pro Estimating until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the specific project for which they were prepared.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or modify our proprietary estimating templates or methodologies without prior written permission.

10. Confidentiality

TS Pro Estimating treats all client information, project drawings, specifications, pricing, and project documentation as confidential. We will not disclose confidential information except:

• With the client's consent;
• As required by law; or
• To trusted service providers assisting in delivering our services, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

11. Accuracy of Estimates

Our estimates are prepared using the information provided by the client and accepted industry estimating practices. Actual project costs may vary due to factors including:

• Labor costs
• Site conditions
• Contractor pricing
• Design modifications
• Local regulations

TS Pro Estimating does not guarantee that estimated costs will exactly match final project expenses.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TS Pro Estimating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or lost opportunities arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TS Pro Estimating, MR COLLECTIBLES LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• The client's misuse of our services;
• Inaccurate information provided by the client;
• Unauthorized use of our deliverables; or
• The client's violation of these Terms.

15. Force Majeure
